Barrow Sauna – Terms and Conditions 

 

By attending or using the facilities at Barrow Sauna, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before signing or confirming your booking.

 

1. Participation and Personal Responsibility

·      All guests use the sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, outdoor shower, and surrounding areas entirely at their own risk.

·      You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit to use the facilities provided. If in doubt, please consult your GP before participating.

·      Pregnant individuals, people with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or other serious medical issues should seek medical advice before using the sauna or hot tub.

·      Children under the age of 16 are not permitted.

·      If  you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use.

 

 

2. Limitation of Liability

·      Barrow Sauna, its owners, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, however caused, while on the premises.

·      Barrow Sauna will not be held responsible for any accidents, slips, trips, burns, or other injuries sustained during the use of the sauna, hot tub, plunge pool, or surrounding areas.

·      By entering the premises and using the facilities, you waive any and all claims against Barrow Sauna arising from your participation.

 

3. Use of Facilities

·      Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during your session. Intoxicated individuals will be refused entry without refund.

·      For hygiene and safety, all users must shower before entering the sauna or hot tub or Plunge pools.

·      You must follow all staff instructions and stay with designated paths while on site.

·      Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Nudity is not permitted.

              

4. Cancellations & Refunds

·      Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

·      Barrow Sauna reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to extreme weather, safety issues, or maintenance requirements. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

5. Conduct

·      Guests must behave respectfully to others and the environment. Any abusive, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.

·      Please respect the natural surroundings. Littering, noise pollution, or damage to flora and fauna is strictly prohibited.
